In the afternoon we visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is renowned for its microclimate, and the health-giving properties that resulted in an underground sanatorium being established to treat allergic diseases.Day 9 Auschwitz. Today, we visit Auschwitz concentration camp, which has been designated as a monument to its victims and declared by UNESCO as a World HeritageSite. The outbuildings now form the museum, which contains artefacts belonging to those who perished. You also visit the extermination chambers and see the reconstructed furnaces of the crematoria.Day 10 Krakow. Today is at leisure in Krakow. In the evening, you%u2019re invited to a folklore dinner, to indulge in traditional Polish cuisine accompanied by a Polish folklore show.Day 11 Krakow - UK.
